I’ve spent the past 15+ years helping independent businesses scale without losing what makes them special.

Most notably, I led brand and marketing for Allpress Espresso — a founder-led, global B2B and D2C coffee roaster — supporting growth across multiple countries, channels, and stages of scale.

The most pivotal part of that experience wasn’t the growth itself.
It was working directly with the founders.

They had built something exceptional: a distinctive culture, a world-class product, and uncompromising standards. But as the business grew, it reached a familiar inflection point. The founders could no longer have their hands on everything — and what made the brand special became harder to transfer.

The real issue wasn’t capability or ambition.
It was that the brand lived in the founders’ heads.

My role became the bridge.

First, deeply understanding their judgement, instincts, and standards.
Then, translating those into systems the team could actually use — unlocking momentum without diluting what mattered.

That work supported Allpress through a multi-hundred-million-dollar sale, with continued double-digit growth under corporate ownership.

That experience shapes everything I do now:
